A qualified lawyer in both the UK and Israel, Alon joined Guest Krieger in 2004 having previously been legal consultant and then CEO of an international communications company. He played an important part in developing a diverse and well-regarded international portfolio before leading a management buyout in 2011 and being appointed Managing Director. Alon oversees the operations of the company and is responsible for producing and developing the company’s International Liability portfolio.

After graduating with a BA Hons, Jon joined Guest Krieger in 2006 and has since gained experience of many different insurance classes and territories. He now specialises in all aspects of international liability insurance, including Political Violence and special risks. He was appointed to the Board in January 2016 and heads up the Non-Marine team.

Paul has over 20-years’ experience as an insurance professional, having worked at other brokers prior to joining Guest Krieger in 2006. With particular expertise in Directors & Officer Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance for Financial Institutions, Paul heads up the Financial Lines team.

Before joining Guest Krieger, Ethan specialized in the placement of Technology, Cyber and Media risks into the London market. During this time, he developed key relationships with London underwriters with experience of placing the more challenging and complex risks. He is responsible for the development of the Cyber and Technology portfolio at Guest Krieger.

After spending ten years in the London market working for some of the largest broking houses at Lloyd’s, Daniel joined Guest Krieger in 2009. Following a period with the Technical department, he has gone on to join the broking team where he has developed particular expertise in Financial Lines and Commercial D&O.

After gaining experience in various aspects of insurance with other London market brokers, Carl joined Guest Krieger in 2014. In addition to placing general liability, Tech PI and Cyber policies, Carl has particular responsibility for the firm’s Construction and Contractors All Risks portfolio.

After starting his insurance career in 2008, Mark worked as an Underwriter in the Financial Lines department of a major London market insurer, before joining a London Reinsurer underwriting all aspects of Financial Lines insurance. He joined Guest Krieger in 2017 bringing valuable experience of this class of business to the firm.

Having previously worked in financial services and asset management, George joined the Specialty Technical Team of Guest Krieger in 2021. In 2022, he joined the Broking Team with focus on the development of the Cyber and Tech E&O portfolio. George has since developed key relationships with the Media market and is responsible for facilitating the growth of the Media, TV and Film book.

Jack Lyles joined Guest Krieger in 2021 and works in the Financial Lines team, providing Management Liability solutions for both commercial clients and financial institutions. Jack has a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Edinburgh, a background relevant to the numerous biotech and pharmaceutical clients which Guest Krieger supports.

After graduating from university in 2015, Elle began her career at a large broking house, gaining valuable experience in the International D&O team. In 2020, she joined the Financial Lines team at Guest Krieger. Elle’s expertise in navigating the market and utilising her strong relationships with underwriters, allows her to secure tailored coverage that addresses the needs of each client, ensuring that clients are effectively protected in an ever-evolving landscape.

Shirly has worked in the insurance industry for over 10 years, previously as an insurance consultant working with large national and international companies. She joined Guest Krieger in 2015 to manage the firm’s largest multinational accounts and has particular expertise in servicing complex risks. During her career she has also worked as an associate attorney. Shirly holds degrees in Law (LLB) and Economics (BA) and is a licensed attorney in the Israeli Bar Association.

Harry joined Guest Krieger in 2023, having previously worked at another major Lloyd’s broker, where he specialised in wholesale and retail North American D&O and Financial Institutions insurance. Since then, he has continued to deepen his expertise and expand his relationships across the market, working on both Israeli and U.S. business.

Lauren began her career at Guest Krieger as a Receptionist in January 2013, joining the Technical team in November 2014. In August 2024, after gaining considerable experience as a Technician, she took on the role of Technical Team Manager where she oversees both the Financial Lines and Specialty technicians.

Paul joined the claims department of Guest Krieger in 2007 and quickly gained an understanding of the importance of providing the firm’s clients with a first-class service. He was promoted to Claims Manager in 2016 and now maintains full responsibility for all non-marine claims notified to the company, providing technical support & assistance and ensuring all valid claims are promptly settled.

Lewis joined Guest Krieger in 2019 following holding senior claims positions at a number of prominent global insurance companies and brokers.
